Our Process

We are advocates for your company. Our services are always FREE for your business, before, during and after you're a client.

Step 1: Initial Consultation

The get to know you phase of the process. We start with a high level conversation about your company and its current state regarding payroll, HR, insurance product and the technologies that support these back-office functions.

Step 2: Document Collection

After the initial consultation, we should have a pretty clear picture of where we want to see things shake out. We begin to collect documents and information from your company. In a nutshell, we are quoting payroll, HR services, Employee benefits and Workers compensation insurance in one swoop so there are many things that we may request. The more data and information we can provide upfront the better chance your business gets at a great quote!

Step 3: Analysis Meeting

By this point, we generally have a pretty good idea on what provider would fit your business best. We meet to discuss any outstanding documents and information that could best build a case for you to get the best rates. We dive deeper into anything that may have been uncovered during the first 2 steps and address how to solve any issues, retain any functions or enhance anything along the way as well. Refine what the goal is.

Demos!

Demos are generally conducted between step 3 and step 5. I'll help you determine when that is right and help you schedule that, but first, let's make sure we have covered the important things.

Step 4: Proposals

At this point in the process, we have you narrowed down to one or two providers that best match your businesses needs. We break down all of the numbers together so that you understand the pros and/or cons to each proposal. Should a solution be a great fit from a financial and service offering standpoint, we move forward with contracts and implementation. This is where you start sleeping much, much easier knowing help is on the way!

Step 5: Implementation

Implementing a PEO, ASO or insurance product can be stressful and we see this as a crucial part to getting off to a great start in the new partnership. At My PEO Pros, we can help you keep on track with this process by breaking down important dates, what to expect as you implement and even directly assisting with some situations to get things in place.

Step 6: Ongoing

Once you are implemented the PEO, ASO or other service provider will take on responsibilities of duties promised, but we're here to make sure that happens! We conduct regularly scheduled follow-ups, depending on the scope of needs and are ALWAYS available to meet on your request! We provide an annual PEO analysis to assure you are you getting what you need, an annual Benefits Analysis, to assure you have a great plan for you and employees.
