I've always had a passion for entrepreneurship and a strong connection to fellow business owners. Starting at age 14, I started a lawn mowing company to buy my first vehicle, sparking a lifelong appetite for business. After earning a Kinesiology degree, I was eager to channel my new skills into a business venture, leading me to purchase a gym. Over several years, I expanded the gym from a staff of three to fifteen, gaining valuable insights into small business management, covering everything from payroll to compliance. While I had legal support, the costs often nudged me to rely on my judgment alone. Eventually, with a growing family and need for a more normal home schedule, I sold the gym and sought a new opportunity, which led me to a transformative encounter with the PEO industry during a job interview.

The concept of Professional Employer Organizations instantly resonated with me; where were these solutions when I was grappling with complex payroll and HR issues? Realizing the potential of PEOs, I immersed myself in learning and collaborating with numerous esteemed organizations over the next decade. This journey highlighted to me that no single PEO fits every client perfectly. Needs vary, from managing high-risk worker's compensation classes with advanced support, to managing workforces across multiple states, or finding a competitive health plan with various providers like Aetna, UHC and BCBS.
